Introduction to Capacity Building For Life Long Learning Programme
Celebration of the European Vocational Skills Week with the "mobility learners" gathering in Tuscany in Pistoia - November 16th, 2017 from 5pm at Incubatore.net, the Incubator of Pistoia.
On November 16th, 2017 starting from 5 pm, on the occasion of the European Vocational Skills Week and in the framework of the EYE - Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs and Italymobility.com mobility programs, students from European vocational schools, apprentices and foreign entrepreneurs who are currently in Tuscany thanks to the support of CSCS - Centro Studi Cultura Sviluppo of Pistoia, will meet at the Incubator, via Niccolò Puccini 80 in Pistoia, together with the Italian entrepreneurs who are hosting them.
Citizens are invited to take part in the event to learn about the mobility opportunities offered by European funds and to hear live success stories from Italian and foreign entrepreneurs who have benefited from European mobility programs. Students, parents, apprentices and entrepreneurs and anyone else who wants to have direct information on mobility in Europe are invited. This occasion will be useful to highlight the various opportunities for learning mobility within the European Union and to celebrate the most active Italian and foreign entrepreneurs in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program of the European Commission.
The international consortium led by CSCS since 2008 is currently the first in Europe in terms of entrepreneurial exchanges within the EYE program funded by the European Commission. Thanks to the recent signing of a new framework contract with a duration of six years, CSCS has an endowment that will allow financing up to 380 new business exchanges. The consortium, whose management is based in Pistoia, aside from facilitating networking between entrepreneurs, business-to-business contacts and the internationalization of SMEs, provides support for funding and provides local start-ups with various incubation activities and free coworking spaces.

On the 4th of October 2017, the Entrepreneurs' Mobility Consortium had its partner meeting in Athens. Giovanni Crisonà and Anna sarateanu participated in the event as representatives of CSCS.
In line with the foreseen numbers, the consortia led by CSCS place 1st in cycle 8 and 2nd in cycle 9 in terms of exchanges implemented.
Since in cycle 8 we have reached the agreed numbers, partners decided to now focus on cycle 9 and are trying to increase both registrations and exchanges.
Cooperation within the partnership is great; and this allowed us to implement 140 exchanges in the last 8 months.

A series of valuable products for resilience training has been created by ‘Resilience’, a project led by Blickpunkt Identität and carried out by a partnership of 9 european institutions
‘Resilience’, the project coordinated by Blickpunkt Identität and carried out by CSCS in partnership with other 8 european institutions, has been a relevant experience that helped individuals to ‘bounce back’ from life’s challenges.
Its main objective was to establish “resilience” as a horizontal theme in adult education enabling individuals to adapt to a changing society and labour market requirements and to strengthen self-confidence and personal fulfilment.
Teachers and trainers, as main target group, can find a series of helpful tools for training adults on the web site. Products includes:
- a set of Guidelines for introducing resilience into adult education,
- a Selection Box that contains exercises, methods and/or didactic learning approaches where resilience can be included e.g. in language courses, personal development, integration of immigrants, and guidance measures focusing on personal competence development,
- an Interview Scheme for teachers and trainers to assess resilience and ensure that the needs of their target groups will be addressed effectively,
- a self evaluation questionnaire to reflect your own resilience,
- an online game to promote the topic resilience
Through resilience training, people can gain important skills like stress management, resource-seeking, flexibility and the ability to face the future in a positive way. Training helps them to extend their ability to take action, see themselves as self-efficient and realise their personal and professional ambitions.
The know how developed along this project will be gladly shared by CSCS and the rest of the partners to support future projects on this topic.
