How can an institution ensure good internal cooperation between different staff groups?

Description

Description

At educational institutions with boarding school facilities, it is difficult to create the right connection between the place where the students live and the place where they are being taught. Well-functioning intern cooperation to ensure a holistic approach to each students is a challenge, especially because staff working at the schools are teachers specialised in specific subjects while staff at the boarding school or the place where the students live more have a role of social workers. How can an institution ensure good internal cooperation between different staff groups so that the holistic approach to the student is created?
