Some of the students attending vocational schools today are so unfit for educational training that it just makes it worse pushing them forward in this direction. They need to work with themselves, to build up strengths and resources before even the thought of education becomes a possibility. This goes against the educational obligation that in Denmark is imposed on all young people today. How do we develop educational institutions that can include these young people which is more of a social worker’s job and still live up to expectations of high vocational standards and requests from the society that the qualification that each student obtain should be of the highest possible quality?

- The Stay@School project, in order to provide an effective answer to the needs of the teachers outlined above, intended to transfer the successful experience of the School Inclusion project.
The project aimed to improve the portal developed during the School Inclusion project in order to transfer its contents on a geographical basis, focusing on the involvement of teachers from different countries that the ones that were involved in the previous project and as far as Italy is concerned, spreading the use of the School Inclusion Portal in different regions.

- ARCO aims to support the development of transferable skills in young people, particularly those from disadvantaged communities, and/or those who have been alienated by ‘traditional’ eduction. It will transfer and adapt an approach to the development of Key Competences that was developed through artistic practice in the UK, sharing this practice with other European cultural learning organisations and testing the approach in different sectors.

- The overall aim of the Big Bang project is to bridge the cultural clash between marginalised groups of young people and the world of work.
Its concrete objectives are:
1. Though a process of comparative analysis and testing, to transfer through import and export the D2A and YES programmes in the partner states;
2. To produce new guidance and training materials for the target group of VET-related professionals (trainers, teachers, employability, information advice and guidance (EIAG) workers) supporting the target group young people and employers;
3. To outline a competency framework for VET professionals, to incorporate within VET and NQF systems and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes in the partner states;
4. To align the competency framework to the European Qualifications Framework
